Nichols College’s Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) experienced a successful on-campus recruitment season this fall semester. A few highlights, according to CPDC Director Liz Horgan:
- AAFCPA interviewed 12 candidates and extended seven offers on the spot when representatives were at Nichols on Oct. 17. All seven accepted. Three were full-time offers, and four were summer internships.
- Five employers conducted on-campus interviews this semester, up from two in fall 2016. The increase was a result of the September Accounting and Finance Career and Internship Fair.
- Of the 39 candidates who participated in on-campus interviews this fall, 15 (38 percent) received offers, and 12 thus far have accepted.
