‘Heard on The Hill’ Seeks Faculty Contributions

The Nichols College Newsroom wants to help our faculty communicate with the public the value and impact of their important research, and we strive to tell our stories via a variety of communications tools and channels.

As such, Nichols Newsroom seeks the faculty’s help in publicizing and communicating about their research, scholarship, and creative activity across an array of business and liberal arts disciplines, with a particular focus on conveying how their research impacts the real world and distinguishes Nichols as a college of choice for business and leadership education. Faculty research that integrates student-generated research is also of key interest.

Working with Nichols College Director of Public Relations and Social Media Lorraine U. Martinelle, faculty are asked to regularly contribute to the College’s PR blog, Heard on The Hill, 800-word articles on their creative and innovative research. Their bylined articles will be edited to ensure they are written in an engaging, informative style for readers of all backgrounds. The articles will also be published on the College’s LinkedIn and Medium pages; may lead to press release development and potential media placements; and be shared on the College’s official social channels.

Please contact Lorraine U. Martinelle with your questions and/or to email your articles.
