BOSTON—Professor Anna Howard, director of the Nichols College Graduate & Professional Studies Master of Science in Accounting program, will be a panelist at the Massachusetts Society of CPAs’ (MSCPA) free Next Step Workshop March 27, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. (Registration starts at 4 p.m.) It will be held at PwC, 101 Seaport Blvd., Boston.
The workshop is designed for students interested in learning about the transition from student to accounting professional. Panel discussions will focus on various career paths and what students can expect in their first year on the job. Human resource professionals will discuss how to create a favorable impression, and students will have a chance to ask questions in a relaxed environment.
The evening will close with a networking session from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m.
